Rodney Howard Jr., a 19-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on February 5, 2017, in Danielsville, Georgia. Rodney, known affectionately as "RJ," was a resident of Clarkesville and was living at Tangu, Inc., a rehabilitation facility, at the time of his death.
