Jerry Alonzo Anderson Jr., a 23-year-old African American male, was found dead on August 27, 2017, in Macon, Georgia. His body was discovered near a makeshift campground in the 2000 block of Eisenhower Parkway. Initially, the circumstances surrounding his death were deemed suspicious due to the state of his body, which was badly decomposed.
