Cedric Brown, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on December 4, 2017, in Tifton, Georgia. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:36 a.m., when law enforcement officers were dispatched to the area of 3rd Street and Commerce Way following reports of multiple gunshots.
