Damian Antwonne Belle, a 23-year-old African American male from Columbus, Georgia, tragically lost his life on December 8, 2017. Damian, affectionately known as "Scooter," was found dead alongside his girlfriend, Kelsey Marshall, at the Efficiency Lodge near Macon Road. The circumstances surrounding their deaths were initially unclear, prompting an investigation by local authorities.
