Corey Joseph Proctor, a 22-year-old African American male from Brunswick, GA, was tragically found shot to death on March 17, 2018. Proctor, who was affectionately known as "C.J." by his family and friends, was discovered inside his green Dodge Stratus on the north end of Golden Isles Parkway. The Glynn County Police Department reported that several shell casings were found outside his car, along with pants and boots.
