Gentorica Wright, a 33-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on April 14, 2018, in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The incident occurred at the Sugar Mill Apartment Homes on Walther Boulevard. According to police reports, Gentorica Wright was fatally shot by her husband, Kalvin Wright, a 48-year-old African American man, in what was later identified as a murder-suicide.
