Robert Yost, aged 29, was shot and killed on March 6, 2015, in Fresno, California. The incident occurred in the early hours, when Yost was walking near the intersection of Blackstone and Ashlan Avenues. He was confronted by an unknown assailant who opened fire, fatally wounding him. Despite the immediate response from emergency services, Yost succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
