Robert Torres, a 73-year-old resident of Fresno, California, was tragically shot and killed on the morning of August 27, 2022. The incident occurred around 7:00 a.m. near the intersection of Orchard and Yale Avenues. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Torres lying in the roadway, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
