Jocelyn Shepherd, a 34-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on May 4, 2018, in a murder-suicide incident in northwest Atlanta. The incident also claimed the lives of her boyfriend, Norris Lowe, a 37-year-old African American man, and an unidentified 22-year-old woman.
