Kirk Emil Dorsey, a 60-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on December 8, 2018, in Atlanta, Georgia. Born on February 25, 1958, in East Liverpool, he was the son of the late William H. and Mabel (Reed) Dorsey. Kirk worked for Homer Laughlin China before establishing his own contracted finishes and renovations company, KED Painting, in Atlanta.
