Arthur Tissue Jr., a 54-year-old man from Cordele, Georgia, was found dead on December 21, 2018, at his residence on Highway 90 South. The Crisp County Sheriff's Office responded to a call at approximately 8:25 PM, where they discovered Arthur Tissue Jr. deceased from an apparent gunshot wound to the head.
