Norris McCord Jr., a 35-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on February 19, 2019, in Thomson, Georgia. On that day, at approximately 5:15 PM, officers from the Thomson Police Department responded to a call about a shooting on Boulevard Drive. Upon arrival, they found Norris McCord Jr. deceased inside a residence.
