Shameekia Carroll, a 43-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on May 3, 2019, in Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred at the Berkshire Howell Mill Apartments, where her 10-year-old son discovered the bodies of Shameekia and her estranged husband, Randy Colbert, also 43, both dead from gunshot wounds to the head.
