Israel Martinez-Hernandez, a 38-year-old Hispanic male originally from Mexico, was tragically shot to death on May 24, 2019, in Norcross, Georgia. The incident occurred around 4:45 a.m. in the driveway of a home located on Silver Lake Drive, where Martinez-Hernandez was renting a room.
