Matthew Adarius Davis, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 26, 2019, in Macon, Georgia. The incident occurred at the Green Meadows Townhouses, where gunfire erupted late that night. Davis was pronounced dead at 9:19 a.m. the following day at the Surgical Trauma ICU at the Medical Center, Navicent Health. The shooting also left two other individuals injured.
