Branden Gerena, a 15-year-old male from Buford, Georgia, tragically lost his life on July 1, 2019. Branden, who was of Hispanic descent, was fatally shot at a gas station located at the corner of Thompson Mill Road and Pebblebrook Drive in Buford. The incident occurred shortly after midnight when an assailant approached him and shot him in the head. Despite efforts to save him, Branden succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
