In the winter of 2025, a sense of concern began to grow for the well-being of 32-year-old Hongxiang Bai. On December 1st, he was last in contact with loved ones from Palm Springs, California, a popular desert resort city. During this last communication, he mentioned that he was setting out on a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada.
