Reginald Bien-Aime, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on January 1, 2015, in Buford, Georgia. The incident occurred at the Reserve at Ivy Creek apartments, where Bien-Aime was found slumped over in the driver's seat of his car with the door open. Witnesses reported hearing between four and six gunshots near the basketball courts just before his body was discovered. The police arrived at the scene to find Bien-Aime deceased in his vehicle.
