Richard Lee Jackson Jr., an 18-year-old African American male, was tragically found shot to death on July 18, 2019, in Clayton County, Georgia. The Clayton County Police Department responded to a call and discovered Jackson's body facedown in a grassy area near the intersection of Warrington Place and Crystal Lake Road.
