Patrick Angell, a 51-year-old man from Decatur, Georgia, was tragically killed on July 24, 2019, in Atlanta. On that evening, Atlanta police responded to a report of a person shot in the 1600 block of Richmond Avenue at approximately 10:30 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Patrick Angell lying on the grass with a gunshot wound to his back.
