On a summer evening in Atlanta, the life of Patrick Angell, a 51-year-old male, was brought to a sudden and violent end. On July 24, 2019, authorities responded to a call of a person shot in the 1600 block of Richmond Avenue in the southeastern part of the city. Upon arrival, they discovered Angell lying on the grass with a gunshot wound to his back. Paramedics who were called to the scene pronounced him dead.
