Javon Ladson, a 39-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 31, 2019, in Conley, Georgia. Javon was shot multiple times in the parking lot of a Citgo gas station on Moreland Avenue in DeKalb County. The incident occurred just after 1 a.m. when Javon had gone into the store to buy a candy bar.
