Jeremiah Patterson, an 18-year-old African American male from Conley, GA, tragically lost his life on April 25, 2022. Jeremiah was found lying face down in front of a home on Richard Road in Conley, having been shot and left to die on a porch. His mother, who preferred to remain anonymous, shared that Jeremiah had aspirations of joining the U.S. Army to serve his country. The community held a vigil and barbecue in his honor, highlighting his big heart and the impact he had on those around him.
