In the fall of 2022, a domestic dispute in a Conley, Georgia home escalated to a fatal conclusion, ending the life of 40-year-old Kelvin Atkinson. On the afternoon of October 13th, Clayton County police were called to a residence on Conley Road where they discovered Atkinson deceased from a gunshot wound. The investigation that followed pointed to his partner, 41-year-old Corey Crews, as the one responsible for the shooting.
