Tiyon Lenard Campbell

On a cold December evening in Baltimore, the life of Tiyon Lenard Campbell, a 31-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On December 28, 2011, at approximately 10 p.m., Campbell was fatally shot within a residence located in the 2800 block of West Garrison Avenue.
