In the late afternoon of September 7, 2019, a burst of violence shattered the peace on Clark Drive in Tucker, Georgia, leading to the tragic death of 28-year-old Carlos Williams. First responders were called to the scene around 5:45 p.m. following reports of a person shot. Upon arrival, they discovered Williams suffering from gunshot wounds.
