Carlos Williams, a 28-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 7, 2019, in Tucker, Georgia. The incident occurred on Clarke Drive, where DeKalb County Police responded to reports of a shooting around 5:45 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Carlos Williams suffering from gunshot wounds.
