Gerald Lovell Tisdale II, a 52-year-old African American male from Snellville, Georgia, tragically lost his life on March 30, 2017, in Tucker, Georgia. The incident occurred during a road rage altercation on Highway 78 (Stone Mountain Freeway) eastbound near Stone Mountain.
