Marcus Quintin Sims Jr., a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on September 9, 2019, in Clarkston, Georgia. The incident occurred around 9:30 a.m. at the Springdale Glen Apartments on Brockett Trail. Marcus was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. This marked the fourth homicide in Clarkston for that year.
