Leslie Garcia, a 19-year-old from Oakland, California, was tragically killed on April 17, 2015, during a drive-by shooting in East Oakland. The incident occurred at approximately 10:25 p.m. on the 1600 block of 89th Avenue. Garcia was struck by gunfire and was rushed to the hospital but, unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries.
