Valencia Morgan, a 2-year-old girl, tragically lost her life on December 8, 1986, in a horrific massacre that took place in Oakland, California. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when a gun-wielding couple, David Welch and his girlfriend Rita Lewis, forcibly entered a house in the Stonehurst area of East Oakland. The house, home to the Mabrey family, became the scene of a brutal attack that left six people dead, including Valencia Morgan.
