In the winter of 2012, a promising life was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. Jerry Isaac, a 22-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on the evening of February 13th. The incident unfolded at the Waverly Towers shopping center on Greenmount Avenue, a place Isaac frequented. Known for his peaceful nature, he had attempted to break up a fight in the same location just a week prior to his death.
