Dikwan Baker, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 26, 2020, in Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a Walmart on Old National Highway in South Fulton. According to reports, Dikwan Baker was shot and killed in front of his 3-year-old son.
