On April 6, 2020, Natasha Smith, a 36-year-old woman from Snellville, Georgia, was found dead in the backyard of her home. Natasha, who was African American, had suffered at least one gunshot wound. The discovery was made by her boyfriend, Antoine McFarlane, who called 911 to report finding her body.
