James Robert Evans, a 27-year-old male, was tragically found dead on May 15, 2020, in Social Circle, Georgia. During the early morning hours, Evans and Jaymie Whitlock, a 32-year-old female, were taken from a residence in Monroe, Georgia, and driven to Thurman Baccus Road in Social Circle.
