In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Atlanta, the vibrant life of a young man was tragically cut short. Marcus Sams, a 23-year-old male, was standing with a group of friends on a sidewalk in the historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood on June 30, 2020. The night was shattered when a burgundy Dodge, thought to be either a Challenger or a Charger, menacingly rolled up to the gathering on Parkway Drive.
