In the late afternoon of July 29, 2020, a dispute in a Macon, Georgia, shopping center parking lot tragically escalated, resulting in the shooting death of 29-year-old Kenneth Bernard Campbell. The incident began with a fight between several individuals in the parking lot of a Little Caesars on Pio Nono Avenue. Following the altercation, Campbell drove away down Montpelier Avenue.
