Tray Antwon Thomas, a 28-year-old African American male from Columbus, Georgia, tragically lost his life on August 2, 2020. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Columbus police responded to a call reporting shots fired in the 900 block of 23rd Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Tray Antwon Thomas and another victim, 19-year-old Dequandre Javion Ford, suffering from gunshot wounds.
