Charles Pharms Jr., a 66-year-old African American man, was fatally shot on August 12, 2020, in Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred in the 400 block of Oliver Street around 12:45 p.m. Pharms was one of three individuals shot during the incident, which also involved former NFL star Chip Banks and another man identified as Bennie C.
