Tobias Fleming, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 15, 2020, in Augusta, Georgia. The incident occurred on Shalimar Drive, where Tobias was shot at least once around 4 p.m. He was quickly transported to Augusta University Medical Center by EMS, but despite medical efforts, he was pronounced dead at 8:41 p.m. The coroner, Mark Bowen, confirmed the time of death.
