Ke’Sean Palmer, a 17-year-old African-American male, tragically lost his life on August 16, 2020, in South Fulton, Atlanta, GA. The incident occurred at the Orchard Springs Apartments located on Oakley Industrial Boulevard. Ke’Sean was found suffering from a gunshot wound near building 800 of the apartment complex.
