Ray Clifford "Buddy" Beasley Jr., a 36-year-old white male from Garfield, Georgia, tragically lost his life on the evening of October 27, 2020. Beasley, who was a lifelong resident of Bulloch County, worked as a heavy equipment operator for RMK Concrete and had previously been involved in well drilling with his father.
