Emory C. Stephens II, a 31-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 12, 2021, in Columbus, Georgia. Emory was born on June 15, 1989, in Macon, Georgia, and was the son of Mrs. Beatrice Wilson Stephens and the late Emory C. Stephens, Sr. He attended the Youth Challenge Military Academy in Augusta, Georgia, and was engaged to Monica Jones. He also had a daughter named AyNija Hill.
