In a tragic and violent outburst on Valentine's Day, 8-year-old Cashyon Mathis, a male, was shot and killed in his Austell, Georgia, home. The devastating event, which occurred on February 14, 2021, also claimed the life of his 31-year-old father, Dreyon Mathis. The family resided in a home on Peel Castle Lane where the fatal shootings took place.
