Edgar J. Cruz Fuentes, a 24-year-old male from Buford, GA, tragically lost his life on May 12, 2021, in a quadruple shooting incident at the Preston Hills at Mill Creek Apartments. The chaotic scene unfolded around 2:30 a.m. when Gwinnett County Police responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers discovered Edgar J. Cruz Fuentes deceased inside an apartment.
