Quantion Tate, a 42-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on October 8, 2021, in Columbus, Georgia. The incident occurred at an apartment complex located on Baker Plaza Drive. Early that morning, officers from the Columbus Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at the complex. Upon arrival, they found Quantion Tate suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
