Keisha Dowdell, a 43-year-old African American woman, was tragically shot and killed on October 14, 2021, in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The incident occurred early in the morning at her home on Gloster Mill Drive. According to reports, the police were alerted to the scene around 4:30 a.m. after neighbors heard arguing and gunshots.
