Kelby "2sTwin" Martin, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 13, 2021, in South Fulton, Georgia. The incident occurred in the afternoon near the area of Buckhurst Trail and Cedar Hurst Trail. Officers responding to the scene found Kelby Martin suffering from gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
