Geoffrey Geo Canty, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 11, 2021, in Atlanta, Georgia. Geoffrey was shot three times in the stomach during a botched gun sale. The incident occurred in the parking lot of his workplace, where he had met with Shamel Quinton Crowder, who had agreed to sell him a gun for $300. After receiving the payment, Crowder used the same gun to shoot Geoffrey, leaving him to bleed out. Geoffrey later succumbed to his injuries.
