On a late summer evening in Atlanta, Georgia, the life of a young man was tragically cut short. Terrance Williams, a 21-year-old Black/African American male, was driving at the intersection of King Smith Road and Hutchens Road on September 2, 1996, when he became the target of a drive-by shooting. The hail of bullets ended his life, leaving a community in shock and a family devastated. The promising future of a young man was extinguished in a senseless act of violence.
