Donald Lewis Harrell, a 54-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on May 5, 2022, in Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred near the Garnett Street MARTA Station in southwest Atlanta. On that fateful evening, police discovered Harrell bleeding from his lower extremities at 225 Peachtree Street.
