Joseph Franklin Haskins, age 20, was tragically killed during a home invasion on May 8, 2013, in Baltimore, Maryland. Known affectionately as "JoJo" by his family, Joseph was fatally shot in what appeared to be a targeted attack while he was inside his home on the 4100 block of Ethland Avenue.
